Shipping Policy
We shipped to all over Malaysia. For one package we only charge RM 25 including insurance per package. The product will be delivery to the Courier within 3days and the product will arrive to the customer within a week. Our company using J&T for our partnership currier.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return and Exchange Policy
•If your product is damaged, defective, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a return request within 12 hours of delivery.
•Please contact Customer Service at info nrsyzmn3@gmail.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
•Attach packaging pictures along with the product pictures from different angles.
Warranty
Within 6 months of the Customer's report, our shop begins to resolve the Warranty Claim.
